One Point Future Talent Scholarship - CSR Initiative to Support Young Generation
As a member of the United Nations Global Compact Network, One Point considers supporting youth education and professional development one of its key corporate social responsibility (CSR) priorities.
The first principle of the UN Global Compact calls on businesses to support and respect internationally proclaimed human rights. For One Point, one important way of putting this principle into practice is by promoting access to education and creating opportunities that enable young people to realize their potential and advance their professional development.
We believe that investing in education goes beyond supporting individual success. It is a contribution to building a stronger professional community, expanding opportunities, and shaping a better future.
One Point Future Talent Scholarship - From Education to Career Opportunities
Guided by this vision, One Point, in partnership with ALTE University, is implementing a new CSR initiative - One Point Future Talent Scholarship. The initiative builds on a Memorandum of Cooperation signed with the university, which provides a framework for joint projects in education and professional development.
The program aims to support motivated young people in pursuing their education and advancing their careers, equipping them not only with academic knowledge but also with practical experience and the professional support needed to progress.
As part of the initiative, two students enrolled in ALTE University's MBA program will receive a 50% tuition scholarship, following a two-stage selection process.
However, One Point Future Talent Scholarship goes beyond financial assistance. We believe that alongside quality education, young professionals need career guidance, opportunities to develop practical skills, and meaningful exposure to the labor market.
In addition to tuition support, selected scholarship recipients will benefit from:
- One year of individual mentoring to help define professional goals and identify development priorities;
- Career coaching to assess their strengths and plan their next career steps;
- CV development and LinkedIn profile optimization to strengthen their positioning in the job market;
- Personal branding consultations to build a clear professional identity and increase visibility;
- Internship opportunities at One Point or its partner organizations to gain practical experience.

One Point Future Talent Scholarship is a practical expression of this commitment, combining financial support for education with professional mentoring and access to career development opportunities.
Through our partnership with ALTE University, we aim to strengthen the connection between education and employment, helping young people translate academic knowledge into practical experience and professional opportunities.
The initiative also contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17).
Looking ahead, One Point plans to expand initiatives supporting youth education and professional development, establish new partnerships, and create additional opportunities that will enable more young people to realize their potential and advance their careers.
