All Outstaffing, EOR & PEO engagements begin with a structured scoping process: role definition, candidate sourcing and assessment, contract execution, and team integration.
All employment obligations are managed under ISO 9001-certified HR processes. Employment contracts are drafted in full compliance with the Georgian Labour Code, covering correct classification, working hour definitions, and termination provisions, and are provided with English translations as standard. Monthly reporting on headcount, payroll, and compliance status is delivered to the client account as a matter of course.
